Club Factory — need this courier urgently but no update from their side

On 18 nov i booked a product with order - so7465301, & tracking no[protected], made payment as well. Estimated delivery date was 5th december. But now when i was tracking my order status showing as 'shipper is closed' - on 25-nov and on 27-nov is 'package not picked/received from client'..
Need this courier urgently, please update on the same asap.

I placed a order with order Id SO6809191 and SO6807272 which got cancelled without any notice and money is not refunded I paid it through paytm either refund the money or send the orders .
