My payment was successful. Order was placed and confirmed. It even showed the status for shipment. But the delivery of products never showed up. Instead they notified that order was not received, and they didn't even bother to contact, nor anyone came. It is so annoying. There is no customer care available. I placed my order on 23rd october, 2017 and haven't received anything till date. My order no. Is so5889195. I have screenshots for the same.

Updated by Madhurima Handa There is no customer care facility and I made my payment through Paytm. Payment was successful but the message from club factory was that the item was not received. And no body ever came or no body ever contacted.
