I have ordered a kids flower princess dress. Order number: so84559979 I have returned the dress, as it is of small size. I have not received refunded amount in my bank account. But it is transferred to club factory — refunded to balance on feb 7, 2019. Kindly transfer it to my city union bank account, through which i made this transaction. I have made the payment and the balance was detected but the order history shows no payment was made. When asked they said it will be updated within 24 hrs. After 24 hrs I contacted they said it will be updated within 48 hrs. After 48 hrs they are not replying properly. I either want the product or the money back.
