[Resolved] Club Factory — not received the order and refund of one product which was unable in the stock

I have orderd some stuffs from. Your website on 19th feb expecting it to be delivered within 8 to 10 days (Approx 15 days). I received an email yesterday stating one of rhe shoe size is unavailable so they refunding its amount within 5 to 7 days. Please clear some issues:
1. If you dont have the stock then why do you take the order and also grab the amount for it asap??
2. On top of that inform the customer after 10 days regarding its unavailability. Do ypu treat ypur customer for granted??
3. When the hell will i receive my remaining order and tge balance refund??
I am really pissed off with your services and would like a refund asap and would definetely refrain myself from ordering from your app or website in future. Its horrible service and you guys dont care a damn for the inconvenience cause to the customer.

Dear, sorry that BAG[protected]N and SLO[protected]N were out of stock, so we have refunded the amount to your original payment card. The rest item has been shipped on the way, so don't worry, surely you will receive it before 15th March. Thank you.
