Club Factory — not received the product from club factory

I haven't received my order SO[protected] which was ordered on Jul 18th 2019. In the club factory app the status shown is handed over to forwarder. And on tracking[protected] delhivery shows Not picked up. I need my item delivered or refund. I have been reaching customer support and mailed you many times but didn't get any reply from your side.
