[Resolved] Club Factory — not refund the total amount. | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am writing in regards to the extremely poor customer service i had received the material against order no. So98307346 from m/s club factory. The material was too small as per the size which i booked and the item was also old and without proper tag. I politely returned the material to m/s club factory on the next day from the receipt but m/s club factory was not returned my full amount and they deduct the pick-up charges for that. I have already share the pictures and all happening with them. I request that you take disciplinary action against m/s club factory for making the huge amount to do these kind of cheating activities with innocent customers.
