[Resolved] Club Factory — not yet received my refund

I haven't received my Refundable amount yet.I have ordered my product on 17th of feb and cancelled it within 3 days as i was not available on the product delievery date. Its been 13 days from now i haven't recieved my refundable amount.
The order No : S[protected].
The club factory application is showing that the amount is refunded. but its not reflecting on my bank account..

Please do the needful
