I wait for a long... I m indian customer... My order no so8070946 still not arrived... Nd my money also not refunded... All the numbers on this site are also not reachable... Plz sir/mam kindly check my order... Nd plz if yur order can not be held... Plzz give my money back... Plzz these type of things are not take it as easy by all these customers nd plzz solve the issues... One of the no on yur site.. I dailed nd he said to me to give yur debit card no... Payment for order SO8857665 but in app it is showing order is unpaid and it is not placed. We have received confirmation from paytm team that payment successfully done with order ID 201712021836273602708.
None of the Customer care number is reachable to sort out this problem.
Please help me out with this issue.
