[Resolved] Club Factory — order failed but account is debited | |||||
Hi! I am very disappointed with club factory. I had ordered few items worth rs 398.92. Order number: so20899161. I paid through my debit card and the amount was debited instantly. I had received a confirmation of payment from club factory, as well. Just after sometime, i received a mail from paytm that my order has failed and the amount debited will be credited within 3-21 days. I have no idea what has happened to my order and money. As you ordered by a guest, you can't track it and we can track for you.Your order is in custom clearance now. After that, the local courier will pick up and deliver it to you in 5-12 days.
