Return is not processed after so many days and they are asking me to ship the product. Pathetic customer service. The address they provided is laughable and does not exist. Below is the message i received. Can someone please help me out. Dear, sorry for the inconvenience caused to you... Further, i would like to inform you that due to some problem with courier company. They were unable to pick up your return parcel from your location so now, i would request you to kindly cancel the return pickup in your app and then kindly send your return parcel on below mentioned address and we will bear the return shipping charge.
