Club Factory — order no so11216281.. why payment didn't reach when money is debited

First i got a message payment successful as soon as i used my hdfc visa debit card and payed.. But again in just a minute got an email from [protected]@ paytm that my money hasn't reached the clubfactory
But the money 1541.31 is debited from my accnt
Pls bring me to clarity immediatly for a better shopping experience...

Money is debited from my bank accnt but no information about my order status and i m looking forward for the three piece hand bag set and a wallet i ordered for...
Pls do get back immediately... So that i may place some more orders of the goods i need
