[Resolved] Club Factory — order no so85177414 and so83156544 | |||
I raised a return request of both the orders.in order id so85177414 there are 2 items to be picked up and in so83156544 there are 4 items. On 28th jan an executive came from delhivery service and told me about club factory pickup i asked him i have to return two orders tell me the details which which order you came to pickup. He told me am not having any information i just know there are 2 package i have to pickup again i told please confirm with your team u came to pick two orders or two quantity only then he told me ok give me both the orders i will see he didn't provided me any receipt regarding it.in the evening i again get a call from club factory regarding pickup i told them my order was already picked up. Then i got a message from club factory that ur return request of order no so83156544 has been cancelled by the local courier. From my club factory app also my return request was automatically disappeared. Then i called club factory team they were like contact our chat support team and am continuously in contact with chat support team they told me contact delhivery team i called delhivery team also they told me again contact club factory team they will mail to our mail department. I am not getting any satisfactory response from both side i already told the club factory team that my whole products has been delivered to the merchant under one tracking id that is[protected]. But still no one is listening to me and just keep on saying call them or other. Even i have the no of the delivery boy who pickup my product yesterday he told me that all 6 products has been sent to the merchant i Will provide u the receipt and now he is not picking up my call. Please cancel my order SO84885128 as I will not be available at my residence on delivery date. Pls cancel the order I will surely buy it later I will be very thankful to u. Im sure u will understand my problem.
