We have placed order with clubfactory on 18-nov-2017 and made payment as well. We are getting order status message as 'shipper is closed' - on 25-nov-2017. 15 Nov 2017 i order my jacket and it cancelled today. How can I get my payment back ? Am waiting for my order from last 11 days and finally cancelled my order from club factory. And didn't get my payment back.

I have order an slim fit jacket but the product which i have received is very third class quality worst i have paid 600 for that but that product is not worth for 100.Rs also.
Kindly let me know the way to return the product and return my money back or else i have to complain to consumer court for cheating.
