[Resolved] Club Factory — order so[protected] cancelled by you but not received the payment back. | |||
Please note that i placed an order on 1st may and made payment for inr 502.92, you acknowledged the same by sending a message. On 4th may i received another message my above order has been cancelled, followed by a lengthy message that 'a refund of of inr 502.92 has been issued to your account (Google_user_104743666497689602484) balance. You may withdraw your balance in club factory app." I have no account with google, neither i advised you to transfer my money to a account which i do not operate, and simply i do not know anything about it. So at the end we have passed quite a number of days but i need my money back urgently to my account which i already send you by mail on [protected]@clubfactory.com. Please check. I am sure i am able to make you understand about the fact. I want my refund without any delay. I am not very conversant with this app culture so i request you to send me message on my mobile and refund on my account directly without any via media.
