Order No.SO19283973 placed on 27.4.18 on Club Factory App has been confirmed. You can check your order status in the app. Received an email too about order confirmation. Cannot track in the app though the message says track status in the app. Need status update. Tgis isnt told anywhere that orders placed as guest users will not be visible. Verified Support Apr 29, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, Your order is in preparation now. We often need 3-5 working days for order preparation. After that, it will take another 5-12 days for shipping, depending on local customs clearance time. So normally you can receive it in about 2 weeks. Since you ordered as guest, the order info won't be showed in your account. If you have any inquires, please send us a message in our app support channel with the order number.
