Club Factory — ordered a product on 21st oct 2019 and was supposed to get by 8th nov 2019

Hi

I have ordered a product on 21st oct 2019 and was supposed to get by 8th nov 2019. The amount has been debited from my account and the product is not delivered till now. Since 29th oct 2019 the status is showing as customs clarence.
When called to the customer care. No proper response was given regarding the delivery date of the product.
The worst customer service i have ever experienced.
They are looting the people.

Please cancel our order shortly
I return the product because it's broken. Please action my complain as soon as possible sir. I can't accept this broken product.
Here are the details i got through SMS and the order number is SO[protected] is shipped my XpressBees ([protected]) from CF warehouse. Its been a week but my order not yet arrived and i am unable to track the order ..
