[Resolved] Club Factory — ordered something and got another thing | |||||
I ordered an electric rice maker and what i got was something that i don't even know. It was a small plastic piece maybe to hand something or whatever but it was definitely not the thing i ordered. This was my first time i ordered on club factory and i don't thing i can rely for further orders. My order no. Was so16617039 and it was shipped from ecom. Please check i[censored] can resolve it. I got a message today ( 18/4/18) that my return amount of Rs. 2249 has been credited into my Paytm Wallet no [protected] related to my order no- S[protected]. It contains return regarding 5 pairs of shoes. Delivered to return on 16/4/18 by DTDC by me. Tracking no is V45133285.But I hv not received money yet. Please consider it.

Hi, my order no. SO16650903, I ordered a women's jacket of pink colour but I got it in a different colour i.e beige color. Product quality is good but color is different than I expected. I want to return it and I want the jacket only in pink color.
