I placed and paid for the above order 24/10/2018 totalling 1434 baht which included free shipping being over 990 baht and this was stated in my online receipt and i waited about 6 weeks and received a notification from a courier company who had an office in bangkok called aramex who i knew to be the shipping agents named in my receipt they told me i had to pay 700 baht charges to receive my order i refused contacted clubfactory who said i was liable even though my receipt said free delivery. Aramex without my consent delivered the order which i would not accept because of the 700 baht charge contact between myself and clubfactory continued and also aramex contacted me. Eventually clubfactory told me that if i did not accept the goods and pay delivery charge the goods would be destroyed. I asked for a refund they said no then i got an email from clubfactory saying the goods had been destroyed but this was not true because aramex phoned me and said the goods were in their bangkok office i asked clubfactory again for refund and they said no they have the order and my money i have nothing Was this information helpful? | |
