[Resolved] Club Factory — over delayed | |
I have not received my order yet. Request you deliver it as soon as possible. Order id: so[protected] Order placed on : 20th june 2019 Its been so long and still the package is at costumes. I tried calling both delhivery support team and also the club factory support team but none seems to be concerned of. Delhivery team is saying that they have not received any instructions to pickup the courier and club factory team is saying its at the customs which they can not help. Is this the support both the companies are providing to their loyal customers? Such a bad experience. Was this information helpful? | |

That is why i raised complaint here .
Could you please remove it from resolved list. We are continuously working with the customs department and trying hard to get the orders cleared at the earliest. As for the latest information from the related department, your order status will be updated in about 3 working days.
