[Resolved] Club Factory — prepaid order pending from last 33 days showing stuck in customs as well as delivered.

I ordered 3 items valuing rs 1810 from clun factory on 26.06.2019. Since 4th july it was showing that it's stucked in customs but now it's showing delivered as well as at customs. Screenshot is attached herewith. Whereas i have no update about my product. I tried several times to customer care but they are saying they don't know and due to technical error it's showing delivered. My question is that whether i m going to get my product or i have to move for legal action as my rupees has gone and they are totally uncertain about the product since 33 days. +1 photos Was this information helpful?
