Hello sir/ma'am i am vaishali i orderded a ring from club factory (www.clubfactory.com) and the product has been cancelled automatically and the payment has been done i want my casback i called to customer care of club factory they are fraud they said that your money back received in the evening and asking about some personal information when i told them that this is personal information why are you asking for this but they said this is the process of money back yet i did not received any amount. Booked ladies dress vide order no SO 19347930 and payment made through credit card but so far order not received pl update me the status as soon as possible
