[Resolved] Club Factory — product not delivered and refund not received

I had ordered a product on 12 march, its been a month i have not received my product.
I have called ecom express, they said they didn't received any parcel.
Such a worst service from clib factory.
Customer care executive told my order hasbeen cancelled, but i have not received any refund.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, we checked and find it's fraud order it's returned, so we applied for your refund. We have pushed our financial dept. to do it ASAP.
