I had ordered a product on 12 march, its been a month i have not received my product. I have called ecom express, they said they didn't received any parcel. Such a worst service from clib factory. Customer care executive told my order hasbeen cancelled, but i have not received any refund. Order no: so14862877 Thanking you for it. Just solve my problem asap. We have pushed our financial dept. to do it ASAP. Normally it will be made in 3-5 days, and after that, it will take another 5-15 working days for the bank to process it.
