[Resolved] Club Factory — product not delivered - do the needful | |||
I ordered a wallet from club factory My order no. : so[protected] I have made the payment in net banking. Item shipped on 19th july 2019, Went in customs clearance on 22nd july 2019. My estimated delivery date is 2nd august 2019 and i haven't received my order. Its more then 15 days order stuck in customs clearance, No update, estimate time is already passed. We keep pushing them to speed up the process, however your order has not been cleared recently. Considering your experience, we prefer to issue full refund for you and cancel the order in about 2 days. Please check the amount in your balance after 2 days, and place a new order at your most convenience, we'll do our best to deliver it to you soon. Thanks again for your support.

Its been over a 20 days that product is kept at home completely packed. I applied for return because it was not of good quality. Bedsheet colour is coming in hands. But now return is being cancelled. But its still packed. I request to take it from my home and refund money to my account.

I ordered a bag, the bag quality was not good so I returned the product, app shows that money will be refunded to your app balance within 5 - 10 working days, it's been 1 months still my money didn't get refunded . May I know when my money is going to get refund to my app balance . please do something it's my request to you guys .
