Club Factory — product refund amount

I have order a product SO[protected] and i have returned this product to club factory courier on 5th November 2019, but it is already 1 month is gone, I didn't get any kind o[censored]pdated information or amount, I have already complained some many times to club factory, but club factory doesn't take any action on it.the xpressbees tracking id is Awb tracking [protected], but there also not updated information.
