Club Factory — product size incorrect

I have ordered 2 products from club factory one is a jacket which is small in size and one slip-on which is larger in size. And the size i gave for them is the size i am wearing of other brands like nike, puma, levi's etc.
Since that i am trying to contact customer care but there is only automated response and that bugs me that you can't even have the decency to reply yourself after an aftermath of a service. I am in usa and how can i return this product and get my money back.

I have received the message towards the club factory that u r the lucky winner and got the first prize so u won the tata safari and then i called on that number and he told me to deposit 8500 first then he will give.
So i would like to know that is it true or fake?
