Club Factory — products not received

I ordered some products for around rs 3000 on 26 august 2017 but after 10 days also i have still not received any products and there is no contact number also. They don't even reply to our queries online. Their customer support on chat on their app is also useless, they won't reply.
My money is at stake now.
