[Resolved] Club Factory — products not yet delivered

I had placed the order on 9th jan 19.. My order no is s[protected] and paid by paytm.
I'm not able to track my order anywhere, i placed my order as a guest. Even the customer care is not responding, i dont know why the hell have you open up the company if you cannot deliver wha you promise. Pathetic service, pathetic support.

Let me know the status of order or refund the amount asap. Also if you guys cannot help customers, then please stop fooling people with your website and pathetic service.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, for both orders you can go to find guest order to check status. As per so53112784, it was delivered on 198 Oct, for the newly placed order, it was shipped but not yet arrive India. Kindly wait for a few days more.

SON[protected] this is my order .they have charged 90 rupees as delivery charges and I returned the product for defective but they are charging extra 90 rupees for returned shipping .(90+90=180)
This is the worst of online shopping, if they doesn't return my money which I paid for the product then I'll file a case against the club factory

Order number- SO76261167 don't receive any refund of rs- 481 from club factory. they first cancelled my order and then they told me to get a refund in 10 days but more than 15 days has been passed and I don't get any update please refund my money. if you don't deliver your products then you make such e-commerce website.
