Club Factory — refund amount not received in account

I have ordered few items from club factory but ordered was cancelled by club fac itself without any intimation and valid reason. I have received back my money in app wallet on 08/08/2018 and transferred the same in my below bank account on same date but till date i have not received money in my bank account.in app wallet status is showing as withdrawl success. Please check and resolve it. Bank details are as follows
