[Resolved] Club Factory — refund as soon as possible | |||
I had ordered one top from club factory on 10/6/18 and I have received this package on 19/6/18.my order no. Is SO26016438. I have already returned it on 20th June with your courier partner ecom express.i have also sent a copy of return receipt 3/4 times to your support center. Now please generat my refund as soon as possible.today is 6/7/18. I also come to know that you have already received my return package on 25th of June but still you are not refunding my money back. Your customer care executive replying me that they have not received my returned package I am also sending a proof that you have already received my package but you are lying to me. Jul 11, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Today I have received my refund in my bank account. With courier charge.. I am sharing with you all the details. Their customer care number is +911206230700. It is true number because I had called them on 7th and 8th July on this number. Then I had sent an emails on [email protected]. I had also record their telephonic chat and sent them all the proof of returned package. I had contact courier service and request them to send me all photos that they have delivered my package to club factory. They had provide me all the details. Club Factory customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
