[Resolved]  Club Factory — refund has not initiated in my bank account

I had ordered products however 2 products size doesn't matched so i returned via courier (Bear my own charges) and waited for almost 20 days but haven't received refund.
I had checked with my bank however they said that refund is not reflecting in the account.
Club factory people are saying refund got failed and some are saying they had refunded, later on they asked my paytm account details but till date i haven't received the refund after complaining many times.
