Dear sir, my order no is SO33430574 and order amount is USD 16.56.
Please help me. I ordered 2 dresses on 19/07/2018 but it is not received, than i was applying refund my money back in my acc or club factory app wallet for withdraw money in my acc but not action by your team. Your team tell me your request is under process last one month but do not action about this issue.
Please sir take action and provide my money back in my account or club factory app wallet for withdraw from my account.

Updated by deepak dhaker Refund is not credited in club factory app wallet it is showing only on Google chrome site of club factory and its not withdraw from thare.
Please refund credit on app wallet of club factory for withdraw from app wallet in my account.
