[Resolved] Club Factory — refund not received yet but making us fool by sending screenshot of refund successful | |||||
I had ordered 3 products of total rs.3445 on 13 april and paid the bill using my sbi rupay debit card, but bcoz of size confusion i canceled it on 14 april before it was shipped on that day itself they applied refund of rs. 3445 and on 15 april approved and on 16 april i got msg and emails that amount has been refunded and they said to wait for 5-10days to available in the account but 10days over but till now i not get the refund. I call them several times they are not picking call then i chat they are saying to contact with your bank and saying that from our end all things are done and they send me some screenshot that shows the amount of rs. 3445 has refunded successful but i can't understand what to do and i call to the bank 4time they are saying to ask to them from where you have to get refund bcoz bank doesn't stop any refunds process, the refund amount directly goes to your account they are saying.
