Club Factory — refund status order no-so5032628 | |||
Clubfactory cancelled my orders. The order that they cancelled was on 05 October 2017 amount of 734.09(INR) which i had made payment via Paytm gateway online through Net banking of SBI. It was said payment was refunded but never credit back to my account. I don't know how to go about, there was contact number but never could get a proper contact with the number they provide. i had returned product to club factory Delhi but not yet refund received and amount is also not credited to my bank account as i paid through net banking SBI .15 days over for returned product still not yet received.
