Club Factory — regarding return request

I had order this product and was unable to return the product through your website as i was getting error message as "error 500". When spoken to your customer chat service they denied to get the return request from their end instead gave me a different address to courier by my self. The address given by them was hadbast no 143 khasra no 59//3/2, 4, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11/3, 12, 13, 14, 17, 1, 8, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 61//1/2min2, 3, 8min, 9min
Which does not sound like right address. When check with professional courier they tell they do not provide service
