Hi, Order number :so14160586. Mentioned order numbers is placed on 24th feb till now not received. To check the status when i called this customer care number [protected], [protected] person told order is cancelled and to refund he need my credit card number, expiry date, otp. I don't no which ediot customer will give all this information to your customer care service. Very worst and 3rd class service from your service person by name deepak kumar and he used all abused language when i rejected to give my personal information. I recorded complete voice record what ever he used on me and need to take corrective action on him immediately. I never seen this kind of 3rd grade people who don't even know how to speak with customer. Kindly arrange the refund and call back who can speak english and value of the customer.
