I want to withdraw my refund money through banking but after filling up bank info verification code is needed but the number where it is sending is not my number.. Maybe i used it while registering but i use another sim card now..in my account info and google info i used this new number. I used to login through google and when i check my google account info the contact number i save is the one i use right now. How will i change this old number?

I already chat with the operator they say you need to use that verification contact number..But i dont use that number anymore and i say can it be change they say no
