This is long pending issue, i'm very frustrate with club factory and i think you don't have any control for courier partner.
I raised request number of time thorough app and also calling you. but yet no solution found by club factory like Lala company, i think there's no protocol for return and replacement.
I want to know, where is my fault?
Why am I (customer) suffer in this scenario? if issue related to your side.
why are you not able to send any courier parson? if i raised return 6-7 time and every time your person cancelled it.
this is my Hubble request if you're not able to pick-up parcel then initiate my refund.if you re not able to do kindly suggest where i approach this matter.
