[Resolved] Club Factory — so[protected] & so[protected] stuck in flight or clearance | |||
It's been a long time I'm tracking my order, it's worth over ₹2000, the orders are stuck in flight & in clearance over a week now. I ordered these on 10th & 17th August. The order status is not getting updated at all. The courier service with the tracking number has told that they have not yet picked the order (Delhivery : [protected] & [protected]) & this has got me worked a lot. Please either deliver fast or provide an update or initiate a refund. Reading more n more about club factory on this complaint forum has aggravated my worries. Provide a solution soon. We are continuously working with the customs department and trying hard to get the orders cleared at the earliest.
