Dear sir, With respect i would like to inform you that i sailen paramanick purchase a product from club factory. I cant received that product which i have been ordered with same colour. When i am trying to return this product the company extra charged from me as return charged, where i don't want to pay extra. Please solve my problem sir. Pls find I ordered # ref[protected] dated 26th October 2019, sum of Rs 1410.42 got debited against my order but I haven’t received order confirmation call neither a mail mentioning order number.kindly cancel my order and refund my amount to the respective account to the earliest possible.
