Club Factory — till not received refund amount

I ordered one items from club factory on 11/01/2020. My order no. Is so [protected]. I received poor quality items and one so they said they will refund the amount. My refund id is sor[protected]. I received a message on that rs.716 is refunded but i didn't receive any amount. I paid through debit card sbi and my paytm transaction id is [protected]. It's been 20 days and i still didn't receive my money.
Kindly take action quickly.
