[Resolved] Club Factory — why is my balance pay freeze? | |
I ordered a pair of shoes and after 5 days they say it is out of stock. If it was out of stock why was it not written earlier. Though my amount got refunded and i used my refund to order something new... The payment failed due to some reason but i cant use my money now... It says "pay freezed". This is not fair. Its a huge amount of money and i am utterly dissapointed. If the matter does not get resolved i swear i am not using club factory ever again nor will i let others use it!!! Please please please resolve it.

Jun 25, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Verified Support May 22, 2019 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear customer, If you have used the wallet balance for order, and the payment got freeze and payment freeze means the third party i.e. your bank has not approved your payment. But do not worry it will get done soon. Within 5-7 days either the order will get placed or your money will get refunded back to your account. So please have patience and wait. If the given time over and still the payment show freeze then you can share the screenshot of the same so that we can help you further. | |
