Club Factory — withdrawal on process for two days

I placed an order on club factory on 20th of November supposed to be delivered in 15th of December which obviously did not happened so i applied for refund which again took them a week or two to get me refunded and now that it's been refunded i tried withdrawing it to my bank account which was unsuccessful, so i had to go for other option, to my paytm wallet but it only shows withdrawal processing for two days now . I have no idea how to deal with this situation. There is no option for me to check the problem for the delay in withdrawing my money nor there is any helpline service for me to contact them with. I would really like it to resolve.
