Club Factory — women's satchel bag-i want to return this order

I ordered red sling bag from club factory. But colour is blue which is not as per my order and also not as per expectations.
My order id is so49215868 and i want to return this product. Please let me the procedure how to return.in mobile application it is showing 0 (Zero) as paid order.
I want my money to be refund either in a/c or paytm wallet as soon as possible.
Kindly do the needful
