[Resolved] Club Factory — worst shipping | |
I ordered earrings on april 15, 2018 and it was shipped on april 17, 2018. From that day on, i'm unable to track down my order. I have complained to the courier company xpressbees regarding this issue but they haven't responded yet. I have also contacted club factory's support group but they are of no help either. All they said is that i can only track it 5-6 days after shipping, so as for that it's been more than 7 days and still i have no clue regarding my order. I literally start feeling that you guys are just bluffing me. It's been high time now, so just tell me about my order or if guys are unable to do so, then just refund my money. Order no. Verified Support Apr 24, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, Your order is in custom clearance now. Thus there is no tracking info now. After that, the local courier will pick up it and update the tracking info. Please check it again after several days. After the problem is solved, please give us a 5-star comment here.
