Club-famous.com — Complaint regarding product purchase and the updates about

I have purchased a lehanga of worth rupees 399.the payment i have done using google pay on 19 th November 2020.After the payment i have got a email where the amount is debited.
From there onwards to this moment, there is no updates about the product and its delivery. The payment is still shows processing using RAZOR PAY SOFTWARE PVT LTD.. If the delivery is not possible please refund the amount. I have purchased
many products through other online shopping app like flipcart, amazon etc.. They were giving the correct updates regarding the products on time. I like the dress shown in this.. Thats why i purchased. But for the first time... There is a bad purchasing experience from club famous... Very bad...✖️✖️✖️
Please deliver the product... Other wise get back the money🙏
