Dear all member, this is totally fraud company, they are making membership and offer so many things but once you pay the membership fee tat is approx 70k, they decline all the offer explain to you during membership. Even they changed the affidavit pages of terms and condition during membership. So please check the document signing and getting from them. I recommend dont get membership from them they are fraud. If sometimes you agreed their all condition then also they didnt provide the hotels in your desired destination and offering some other places, they are having property only in nanital and clifftop. So please dont take their membership. I am the member and since last three year and till date they could not able to book hotel and now het are asking money to book hotel although i am member.

    Club Group of Hotels sold me a Holiday Plan . As per the contract signed or as per the membership card received, AMC was not payable extra. Earlier, it was also clarified in writing by customer care of CGH that AMC is not payable on the year on which I am not using the holidays.
    But now when I have asked for booking they are asking AMC for all the past years when I have not used any holiday.

    THIS IS SIMPLE FRAUD and CHEATING. They dont honour their own word which they have mentioned in writing

      This is a fraud company.I have take M.Ship on 05.12.2016.They take 76250Rs from me. And promise me to give facilities and 70 days within 10 years to use in any hotel all over India.In Summer vacations When I planned to go auli with my family, I inform them please book my studio.When I reached there they charging money from me.Then I cancelled My membership after 2 months and they give us only 61250 Rs.and less 15000 without any reason.I requested to take a strong decision against them.They are a big fraud and make fool of people.

        DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY THIS COMPANY!

        They're a group of cheap B-grade manipulative "professionals" who try to lure you into their "packages". I've seen many gullible people give in and then lose their money. They might also come on these forums and say lies about how they resolved the issues, cry foul, say that competitors are posting bad reviews but it is all truth. I hope that people become informed, intelligent and not give into what they are selling because it's all a lie. You will see it later and regret.

        I also wonder why they're still functioning as a legitimate company and no legal action has been taken towards them. I request all those who have lost their money, time, have been harassed to get together and take them on. People who run this company might open similar companies in the future, as they already have (Mountain Club, Club group of hotels)

        I hope all of them are caught and punished by the courts before they take more advantage o[censored]ninformed and/or gullible customers.

          Beware !! Beware !! Beware !!

          These are big time cheaters. Please don't take any holiday membership of 'Club Group of hotel' or 'Mountain Club resorts' . These people are running their business with different names. I have asked many times for refund but no-one listens.
          2nd March, 2014 I went to the given addressand found that company board was with the name of “Club Group of Hotels”, where we have meet with the Company representatives who represent themselves as Kabir Malik and Ravi Kumar. Few other similar members were also gathered there and explained about how lucrative it is to invest in their company namely “Club Group of Hotels”.On their misrepresentation I have invested in their company namely “Club Group of Hotels” and they further represent they incompliance of the memebership they offered me to get yearly 6 Night 7 days holidays for next 10 years . I purchased membership for 90, 000. I have request several time for refund and cancellation but no response from them.

            This is a fraudulent Group which lures into buying membership with lots of promises and assurances, which they do not honour and keep on making promises like getting you associate membership in RCI within 90 days, which they keep on extending without any valid reason. Then they also refuse to let you leave the membership despite their repetec failures. Totally a fraudulent group. Beware.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I applied for the membership of Club Group of Hotels through the now defunct office in the Ansal Plaza Mall, Palam Vihar, Gurgaon. At the time of applying for membership, I was informed about the following benefits that came with the membership:

                1. 1 free package of 5 N/6 D in India
                2. 1 free package in India similar to the above
                3. 1 free package of international holidays of 1 week via DAE
                4. 10 Weeks of holidays in India/Abroad

                However, till date they have failed to honor a single commitment they made at the time of seeking my membership.
                Please find below the list of frauds that they have committed:

                1. After getting the full amount of INR 91, 310 from my side, they claimed that they were not providing any complimentary international holiday which was a direct contradiction of their initial commitment.

                2. Upon enquiring about the DAE membership card for international holidays, they informed me that they were no longer providing DAE membership but some RCI membership for which I had to shell out an extra INR 15000, again a clear violation of their commitments.

                3. Till date they have provided no login details to view one's membership details which they promised over email.

                4. Every time I tried to avail the free packages I was denied the booking due to one excuse or the other. I requested for booking for their Nainital resort, but was told that the resort was full. Same thing happened recently when I requested for the resort booking for Goa. The truth is that they are only misleading me. They do not intend to provide any services at all as they have pocketed all my money and now they feel that there is no need to serve me.

                5. They have very limited presence with negligible list of so called resorts with them but they never share any information regarding the number and size of their properties unless they are specifically asked for the same.

                6. There is a complete lack of transparency in their professional conduct. They never kept in touch with me, never provided any information on a pro active basis. I always had to send them emails/call them to get any information.

                As a customer I was misguided, totally misinformed and lies and deceit were used to gain my membership. I have a hand written note from their representative Mr Pradeep (Ph No: [protected]) where he has clearly written a one week world DAE tour as one of the benefits.He was fully supported by his subordinate Ms.Sonia(Ph No: [protected]) in this "conspiracy". Both of them clearly cheated me and got my membership through unfair practices.Such unprofessional and disgraceful behavior was not expected from their organization. I wrote them countless emails, called them up multiple times but they came up with excuses every time.Whenever I asked for refund of my amount for the want of any service, they flatly refused by saying that it was against the agreement. I even contacted their customer care head Mr Rakesh Giri(Ph No: [protected]) but to no avail.

                Moreover I went through some of the internet reviews regarding their company and there are lots of people openly saying that it is a fraud company that has cheated many people out of their hard earned money. As a customer, it was very disappointing to see internet flooded with such comments about a company I invested my hard earned money in.

                I request you to take strict action against them as their activities are tantamount to fraud. I request you to get me money refunded and teach these fraudsters a lesson by closing down their fraud company and putting them behind bars as they are a menace to the society.

                  They have taken 45000/- only three days back and now I want to cancel the agreement and they are denying to refund my hard money.

                  Amount was paid as on 20.10.2016 partly by credit card and partly by debit card.
                  I am attaching herewith copy of agreement. The local office of company is at UGF, Grand Mall, MG Road Gurgaon.

                  Please do something against these fraud companies they are looting the innocent people.

                    This comany is the most disguisting and fraudulent company i have come across.
                    I have purchased its memberships last year, the rems and conditions and tricks these guys use to sell their useless membership is spot on and easy to foll any individual. First of all all books and cards came after a year after repeated calling
                    Most of the times there representatives will not pick up phones.
                    Some false promises were
                    1) we can take family and room will be alloted to them and one night per room will be deducted

                    2) trasportation excluding fuel charges

                    3) cook excluding inventory

                    But they took a u turn and are not ready to allot 2 rooms, forget about transportation and cook.

                    For anyone thinking to buy this membershi only advice "do not buy".. None of the promises made by those sales/marketing representatives are true.
                    Its a useless thing and waste of pericious and hard earned money.
                    And ofcourse there is no way to get refund or cancel this membership.
                    Stay away from those people wandering in gip mall, noida to lure you to take this membership, its the biggest mistake i have done.

But now they are ask for more money every time i try to book any listed property on there website.

                      The mountain club people called us on to Ansal plaza south-ex on august 27, 2016. They kept on calling us at least ten times to be sure of our visit even when we had already confirmed our visit. Still they continued to pester us even after we told them that we are on our way and driving. After reaching there they took more than double the time they had promised they would take for their promotional material. And after we refused to be the member of the club mountain the person dealing with us started offending us when we claimed our free holiday saying even if the stay is free you would have to still shell out 25000 for food and travel and how many times can we think about staying in a five star. That's none of his business where we stay. He should have just given us the voucher. After all it is up to us to join the club or not..Swati

                        I have received a call from mountain club staff that i have won coupons worth rs 10, 000 for women parlor services and 3 night and 4 day free stay in mountain club resorts. They called multiple time so visited to the given address which is

                        However after reaching, their executive asked me about my holiday planning with family and i have updated him that i used to book hotel rooms worth rs[protected] rs and use discount coupons and finally pay between rs 500- rs 1000 for those rooms. He updated me that the minimum room charges for their resort is more than rs 5000 per night. I clarified him that, i am already getting the offer of free stay of 3 night/4 day why i should bother for room charges. Only thing i will be concern about would be food and on that also i am getting 50% discount as per mountain club offer but then their executive mis-behaved and insulted that you can't afford food and stay in five star hotel and you should stay in rooms less than 500 rs charge per night

                          This is fraud company with fraud exe making fraud comittment a. They have taken my 18k and have given all false comittment like 91 properties/money refund/5 star properties. From last 9 months i have tried making booking 8-10 times but all request are rejected giving false excuses. They seems to have very few tie ups that too with poor properties.                             My complaint is regarding club group of hotels (Mountain club resort india pvt. Ltd.) club group of hotels has head office in ramnagar, uttarakhand,
                            Club group of hotels, through its marketer m/s destination resorts india (P) ltd., organizes membership sales camps at various places offering free gifts and free holiday vouchers.
                            At the time of taking the membership, we were informed by their representatives that we are entitled for 6 nights, 7 days free of cost holidays per year at various resorts and hotels mentioned in the list provided to us, and we need not pay any extra amount for 3 years for availing the vacations.
                            I have taken membership from ansal plaza gurgaon, after paying rs 70000 with receipt no 3160, with a promise from mr dev ([protected]) and mr sumit jhanji ([protected]) with their senior mr manish gupta (Mobile [protected]) that this membership can be cancelled any time during the membership period.
                            When i asked for the agreement clause they differed by writing and stamping the same that :if you cancel after 7 days only admin fee will be deducted: signed and stamped by mr dev.
                            I scanned all documents and send to email id [protected]@ssrpl.com, [protected]@ssrpl.com, [protected]@gmail.com, for confirmation, but did not got any response.
                            Then i asked for availability during non peak timing and i was told their is no availability.
                            On 23rd jan i asked for shimla availability and manali availability after many reminder on 5th feb i responded that in both places their is no availabilit. Is this type of service i paid rs 70000. I am highly annoyed and unsatisfied with your services.
                            Then i request for the refund, i was told by mr rakesh ([protected]) that this membership is non refundable, then i understood the fraud and trap i was in. I wrote several mail for refund to [protected]@gmail.com and talked to mr rakesh as this is a real case of fraud and miss selling under consumer protection act. I have given a proof by sending scan copy of agreement where mr dev have written, signed and stamp it.
                            I was told that your case is refereed to ho and they will take a call. After waiting for many days and regular followup from mr rakesh i got this reply" this is to inform you that the h. O had denied your cancellation request. They had waived off your amc for the first 3 years (Which was already been promised and awarded to me during my negotiation while purchasing,) and also add the clause that after having a holiday, if you are not going to satisfy with the services of our resorts, you can go for the cancellation after deduction of applicable govt. Taxes.
                            Now, looking at the unprofessional behavior and intentions of club group of hotels and its marketer m/s destination resorts india (P) ltd., we have decided to discontinue the membership. Since they have failed to fulfill the commitments, i want my full money back with interest and with compensation for mental harassment. We have conveyed this to the club group of hotels.
                            Upon searching on internet i have seen some online complaints made by some other members also facing same kind of problem with club group of hotels.

                              I have taken the 5 years membership of mountain club resorts india pvt limited which is a part of club group of hotels on 21st january 2016 by paying the amount of rs 45675 from company's office in pacific mall, anand vihar, ghaziabad. Agreement was made on stamp paper dated 21st january 2016 with certificate number in-dl[protected] and account reference impacc (Iv)/d1867403/delhi/dl-dlh. Later i found some of the clauses in the agreement not suitable for us and therefore as per exit option mentioned in the agreement on page 4 i have applied for the cancellation of membership within two days on 23/01/2016. According to the agreement i did reserve the right of exiting the membership within 7 days and the amount would be refunded to me within 3 months after deduction of the administration charges which is the hefty amount of rupees 15000. Therefore company was supposed to give the balance amount of rs 30675 once i submit of the hard copy of documents to their corporate office in nehru place, new delhi. I have done that and even done the speed post the hard copy of the same with consignment number ed[protected]in. But despite repeated phone calls and emails to the company no positive response even after passing of more than 4 months while the company was supposed return the amount within 3 months.                               Company has finally refunded the claimed money. But it took too much needless efforts for getting the refund. Countless emails, phone calls, visits to their place, mental tension, transportation cost etc took for getting the refund.
                              Club Group Of Hotels customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              It seems they are fraud. I took the membership. every time i send request for booking, they are unable to provide. Horrible customer service.

                                They made false promise with me. As per agreement if you are not agree then you can cancel the agreement and their will be charge 15000. I cancel the agreement and paid 15000, waiting last 3 month but they are not refund my 85000 money. I am chasing and every time reply we are contacting HQ and let you know once get update. if you want to contact me then call [protected]

                                after complain, they call me in night and said tomorrow they will call again but again no response. Already there month unnecessary EMI 22473 rs cut from the my account. kindly put the pressure on them so they resolved my concerns. First day when I need to visit then they call me 7 times in a hours and show all dedication, courtesy but now I am chasing and no response. every time get mail that we are talking with head quarter.

                                kindly guide may I proceed to logged the FIR on name of "Anam Mirza" who made the false commitment and "rakesh Giri" who is regional manager for this region.

                                I buy the policy from the Pacify Mall kaushmbi on date 20/02/2016.

                                  I have purchased this subscription on sun, sep 28, 2014 on my wife's name rajani dutt sharma and i had raised cancellation request on tue, sep 30, 2014 at 5:41 pm because there were lot of differences in documentation and i seen very disappointing feedback on online forums.

                                  That time they forced me to avail services once and denied the cancellation that time, and on tue, dec 30, 2014 at 2:46 pm they assured me below:

                                  "as per the refund policy is concern, after taking a holiday in our resorts if you are not satisfied with the services committed to you, you can go for a cancellation after deduction of service tax @ 12.36%."

                                  Which they denied after my first trip and again made another promise.

                                  Almost after a year i have planned a holiday in their affiliated facility on thu, jun 25, 2015 at 8:05 pm for jul 25th to jul 28th. Here they mentioned the utility charges for which they promised the refund and i got it refunded.

                                  On mon, aug 3, 2015 at 12:50 pm, after returning from holidays i informed them that i am not satisfied with the services as it was not as promised, so cancel my membership as you assured above. For the same they again denied your own word and on sun, oct 18, 2015 at 5:06 pm they again assured me below:

                                  "as per the discussion, we want to assure you that we will definitely going to provide you the best services of cgh every time in future and also going to reimburse the utility charges of your holidays."

                                  When i planned another holiday on 25th nov 2015 for which i informed them one month ago and i was continuously following up. But before 4-5 days of booking they informed me to pay the utility charges in advance and will not be refunded while they assured me refund every time above.

                                  So every time i followed their policies but they neither want to serve the services as per assurance. All fake promises they made during purchase of subscription. I initiated the cancellation within 7 days after discussing same with their head office on [protected]. When they denied the same i again called their head office on same number and i asked them that few days back there were a female coordinator on call who assured me that you can initiate refund within 7 days. So the new person on the call said that there were no female coordinator from last 4 years.

                                  Finally i do not have any option to deal with them so i decided to avail their services once but they create problems every time and they have a very humiliating behavior.

                                  I have already sent them formal notice from my end via the email twice and they denied the refund.

                                  Now i just want to recover my money which i paid and the cost of my losses.

                                  I paid them 49000 from which i availed a service for three days only. I want to resolve the issue peacefully while they have crossed the limit of fake promises all the time.

                                    My cgh certificate number is: in-dl[protected]n and i have paid 22, 000 from my hdfc credit card on 28th of june. After that i have requested to book a holiday on 17th august for manali from 23rd - 27th september, 2015. But unfortunately i did not get any booking and not even any reply from cgh.

                                    Then i had 2 meetings with them in person at noida sub mall office and they promised that they will take my next request on priority.

                                    So again i had requested for two different slots and choices to spend my holidays:
                                    22nd october to 24th october = manali
                                    14th november to 17th november = shimla

                                    They replied that 22nd for manali is not possible but 14th nov for manali is possible. So i have told them to book. But again same thing happened and did not get any booking.

                                    Then i met with uttam rai at nehru place office and he told me that he will find out why this thing happened but i did not get any resolution.

                                    I have spent 22k money and after that not getting any service. Both the times i have taken leaves from office but did not able to spend it properly. It was really a mental harassment and i have travel to their office for so many times which is again a harassment. I need my money back with interest for mental harassment, travelling charges to several office locations.
