[Resolved] Club Mahindra — cancellation of the membership and refund | |||||
Club mahindra called on my mobile and a meeting was scheduled in the month of february. After the executive visited, payment was made immediately after checking the package details and a hefty amount of rs. 144650.00 was paid with an assurance that if not interested can cancel the contract with a call in the next ten days. Having cancelled the contract the next day itself, the executive guaranteed amount to be credited within 3 months and no amount has been credit till date. The executive does not pick up the call now. After having made several calls when told that complaint will be filed, the executive says he has done everything possible and that complaint should be filed. It is ridiculous how company employees are asking to file complaints against their own company in a vehemant manner. We are now demanding the amount along with interest and delay charges.
