[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Need refund money of membership registration due to poor service

I have registered the membership on 09.09.2023 and paid Rs 49895

after registration there is no response for the free holiday bookings, which they offered me during registration

they are not ready to book the holidays as per customer request

Due to their poor response and customer support, i have sent multiple mails and made multiple calls to the customer care, even though there is no proper response

which forced me to cancel the membership .

before starting the membership their behavior and worst support to the customer like this means, how they can support me for 10 years

Really horrible and hurts me

so i need refund of registration fee Rs 49895 from Mahindra club
