I am a senior citizen and Ex SERVICE MAN.
On 17 Nov. 2023, we were called by one lady Tharika from Chennai Club Mahindra. She told that as Mahindra car owner we are selected for a FREE HOLIDAY COUPON, SO COME AND COLLECT FROM SCHANGALAYA MOTORS FROM PONDICHERRY.
We went there and asked for the coupon. THEN WE REALISED THAT IT IS A TRAP. They told the Free Coupon will be given, ONLY if we take membership.
One Mr. Kishore Kumar +[protected], kishore.[protected]@Mahindraholidays.com
and Mr. VINOTH +[protected] of Chennai Branch of Club Mahindra trapped us by not giving full details and cornered us to pay Rs. 41, 292.
After paying the amount we realized that we need to pay additional Annual amount.
Then we requested for the refund. But Mr. Kishore Kumar and Mr. Vasanth of Chennai Branch of Club Mahindra refused for getting refund.
Then we raised the issue with Member Experience
