Club Mahindra Holidays — annual subscription fees demanded without providing calculation details

I am club Mahindra member and the annual subscription fees demanded is very high. When requested to provide detail calculation as to how the Annual Subscription Fee was derived, the company club Mahindra replies a generic statement that a laymen will never understand. Then they refuse to give more information apart from some index and inflation and RBI references.

This is breach of Trust and contract. Club Mahindra demands exhorbitant fees. Please help
